Wines

“ We have decomposed granite soils with a clay base. These soils are ideal for the production of iconic wines as the granite ensures good drainage and the clay keeps the vines moist during hot summer months. Along with the southern sea breeze, all these factors contribute to a quite exceptional terroir.

We have found that Bordeaux cultivars, especially Merlot, do very well here.”
