Situated at the Simondium Guild between Paarl and Franschhoek, you will find Painted Wolf Wines, a winery with a heart for both wine and wildlife.
Painted Wolf Wines was founded in 2006 by Emma and Jeremy Borg, who combined their love for wine and passion for conservation into something truly remarkable. In 2008 they began donating to African Wild Dogs Conservation through the Endangered Wildlife Trust and the Painted Wolf Foundation, and have since contributed over R4 million to protecting these extraordinary animals and other wildlife projects.

Each bottled of Painted Wolf Wines tells a story of purpose. They do not own vineyards, choosing instead to source grapes from across the Western Cape, creating wines that express both place and character. Each label is inspired by a unique wild dog, reflecting the spirit and resilience od these rare and beautiful animals.
