Bartho Eksteen Houtskool Sauvignon Blanc 2019
An elegant wooded Sauvignon Blanc with a bouquet of passion fruit, citrus zest and minerality. Terrific backbone of natural acidity is in harmony with pristine fruit and bodes well for aging.
Bartho Eksteen Blom Rhône-style Rosé 2021
A rosé made from Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre and Viognier. The softest feminine peach blossom pink with delicate refreshing raspberry and red cherry flavours. Blom receives a small percentage of French oak, but it only serves to intensify ?avours without sacri?cing the beautiful red berry fruit.
Guests can enjoy a delectable range of snacks, sumptuous platters and light meals at the restaurant called Maná which is under the management of Bartho’s wife Suné. All of the dishes are farm-fresh, homemade dishes using fresh produce and served with old-fashioned hospitality.
