Imara is a bold Bordeaux blend with juicy red and black fruits, dark chocolate, spice and well-balanced oak. Theunis, with his passion and skill, smokes and cures a variety of meats including Coppa, Culatello, Speck, Pepper Loin and Orange & Fennel Loin.
