
Julia Blaine, the winemaker @ Louisvale will host a winemaker’s French inspired four course food & wine pairing dinner on the 11th of August at Le Siemma Café Bistrot, 86 Dorp Street, in Stellenbosch central from 18h30.
French Owner and Chef, Sebastien Castelot has prepared a beautiful and authentic French menu to pair with Louisvale’s wines on the evening.

The showstoppers on the night will be the Chardonnay 2021 vintage pairs well with the 2nd course of Snails and Leek Feuillete and the Limited-Edition Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 vintage pairs perfectly with the 3rd course, the beef brisket with a red wine sauce.
R450 per person including food & wine pairing, water, coffee/tea and gratuity.
